Mr. ROUSSIN, major in Economic Geography (University of Nantes), and in Land and Transport planning (University of Le Havre), moved to South Korea in 2002 further to a researcher exchange between INHA University (South Korea) and Le Havre University where he has been graduated and was assistant teacher during several years. Since 2004, he joined SERIC, an International Business Consulting firm based in Eastern Asia, where is now working as Director. Mr. Roussin is the representative of HAROPA (Le Havre-Rouen-Paris ports) in Korea since 2012. He has proven business experience with North Korea, South Korea and Mongolia.
On an academic point of view, since its graduation Mr. Roussin wrote several publications and speeches on International business practices, North Korean logistic organization, spatial development of North Korea, and on Korean peninsula ports system and port-cities. He also joined as Senior Researcher, the SEOUL-ASEM Institute in 2011.
